By accessing or using the DiveOne platform, provided by Dive One Systems Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your dive center business operations.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the services.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Upload viruses or other malicious code.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dive One Systems Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dive One Systems Limited is registered.
